Our products are handcrafted with the intention to last many years, even a lifetime. We recommend the following steps, to preserve the great looking and life span of the product at hand.

Fine Jewelry

Fine Silver is a softer metal than any silver alloy. Scratches and dents can happen if pieces are smashed or dropped. Designs with a brushed finish may not take to a polishing cloth as expected. If tarnish or buildup occurs the jewelry can be washed with a soft bristled tooth brush and a small amount of mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse and dry completely with a soft cloth. (Residual water will speed up tarnishing). Store your jewelry in the complimentary pouch and jewelry box. Place in a clean and dry spot.

Sterling Silver: Polishing cloths can be used to clean the chains. Folding the polishing cloth over the chain, gently swipe the links with your fingers.

18k gold needs little maintenance, we recommend the same steps as for fine silver.

Moisture, lotion, perfume and perspiration can all lead to tarnishing and buildup on jewelry. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, using strong chemicals, applying lotions, makeup, or any other activities where the jewelry may be at risk of being damaged.

We do not recommend the use of chemical cleaners such as dipping solutions. Pieces containing more delicate gems such as pearls, turquoise, tanzanites, labradorites and moonstones, should not be put in an ultrasonic or come in contact with any chemical cleaners.

Fashion Jewelry

We apply the best components and materials for all our fashion jewelry. We encourage to inspect your jewelry before each wear. Jumprings, clasps and chain links can give—up due to natural wear or occasional pulls or entanglement. Tight—close links and jumprings will extend the life of your jewelry without trips to the jeweler´s bench. We offer many types of repairs if your piece gets broken for a small fee. We will repair your piece free of charge for every faulty component or bad labor.
