Free shipping within Berlin and Brandenburg. €10.- flat rate for the EU.

Made to Order: Jewelry may take up to one week for hand-crafting it from order date. All rings sizes are made to order. We can asses your ring size during your private visit.

Cancellations: Order cancellations must be within 3 business days of placing your order. Any made to order item cancelled beyond 3 business days will be refunded 50% of the item total to offset production costs.

Returns: We accept returns within 3 days from confirmed receipt date, item must not show signs of wear and should be returned in original packaging. Money will be credited 2 days upon receipt of merchandise. Please note that made to order rings at customer request cannot be returned.

Rings: A special note; wider bands may fit differently than a thinner band, and temperature and humidity may affect finger swelling. We aim to design rings with comfortable structure that can adapt to aging hands.  

Shipping: We use mayor carriers, fully ensured with tracking options. Orders of €500.- up, are shipped with signature request. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, mishandled or lost in customs.

Duties: All duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
